Shipping, Refund & Replacement
Ay’s Home & Decor offers standard and express shipping for all products. Some of our products are made to order like our candles and homewares, please allow 2-7 business days for dispatch from our studio in Sydney Australia. All our products will be individually wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged in the best way so the product doesn’t get damaged while in transit. All our customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been given into the Australian post office.
No local pickups are available and shipping is only available Australia wide. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items and if it’s standard or express shipping. Standard shipping’s time frame is between 2-9 business days and express is 1-4 business days but this also depends on the location of where our customers live in Australia.
If a product does come in damage within 24 hours of receiving the order please do send us an email at ayshomedecor@gmail.com with pictures of the damage. We will be more than happy to replace the damaged product. If a product can’t be replaced then a refund will be sent automatically to the original payment method. After 24 hours of receiving the order we won’t be accepting any refund or replacement requests from our customers.
No refunds are available for change of mind after receiving the product.
Candles & Homewares
As also mentioned under all our candles and handmade homeware products, these are made to order. Meaning once we receive the order we individually make them. All are hand poured meaning natural air bubbles may occur. Colours and the marble effect on our homewares may slightly be different due to them being handcrafted. This gives each of our products their own uniqueness, this isn’t a warrant for a refund or replacement. Again if a product does come damaged please do follow the steps under the shipping, refund and replacement policy above.
